matt walker went everywhere in the defender
with its new front and rear ARB diff lockers fitted
it was unstoppable right up to the point where the cv joint gave way
but that did not stop matt as he had spare ones in the boot     ;) ;)

lukes sj ran without fault throughout the day
which is very unusual as it normally breaks down every time it goes
but after fitting its brand new carburretor overhaul kit from the usa
it would appear to be yet again unstopable
it went like a dream all day and the fuel it used was un noticable on the fuel gauge

i would like to thank everyone for todays fun
especially the catering crew
dave, roadrunner, einstein, kar.mat and jason the dishwasher   :laugh: :laugh:
also everyone else who helped with the days fun
shaun v8 and nev for sorting out the punchs
a great days fun with huge team spirit

hopefully everyone was full to the brim with all that food which soon dissapeared  ;) ;)

Absolutely fantastic day, thanks to lee for organising it
the new truck coped well, after a quick strip of the dissy cap and a bit of WD40 ( it didn't like being downed  :D) and a slight mishap with the towbar electrics .
The food as usual was exellent ad great company.
looking forward to the next one.

most unfortunate you got stuck for so long
the cb radios dont usually have any trouble at bush farm
i think it most likely that everyone was out of there cars watching matt getting up the steep slope

same rules as laning mate
dont go alone
as you never know what could go wrong   :o

by far the best day for weather we have ever had at the farm
its a shame every day in the uk cant be like that
it was absolutely stunning

Iv spent half of today's stripping out both hubs to take out all the mud, and regasket everything after breaking both Cv joints.
