this section is more for commercial use but is for information only

all the topics listed here have been copied from the dvla websites

but most of these changes in the law are not made as public as we would like

so i have taken the time to put them on the site for you

as we keep seeing whilst out and about

banger racers / stock cars / trailers carrying cars being stopped by the police

the reason for this is simple

there is a huge crack down in the laws

people use un braked trailers to carry cars on

people make home made trailers

no trailer boards visible

the list is endless and the police have let it go for so long now people are just taking liberties

so a crackdown is in place to all trucks trailers ect

this is including trailers being used to weigh in scrap cars  

some changes only apply for commercial use but some dont
