bought this earlier today,
local car same owner for the last 7 years,







even has a posh mascot on the bonnett,

jaffa & olive popped round earlier today,
olive has fell in  love with the wrangler,

jaffa is now up for sale,
to pay for it,

 

im sure jaffa has more uses than the wrangler olive ?

managed to get most things done over the past few days,
new horn,
new bulbs all round,
re wire up the cb,
re wire up the cd player,
new wiper blades,
fix fog light,

took the beauty today for an m.o.t test
failed

need rear brake light switch,
slight inbalance to front wheels when brakeing,
pads low,

stripped down the brake pedal switch to find a faulty spring and dirty contact,
got new pads,
got 2 new brake calipers,

all m.o.t now,
 

also had some new stickers made up whilst i was doing the work,

looks well cool with the new logos mate

Thats one awesome vehicle ,  no mud though

dont be fooled by the shiney paintwork mate,
it took me ages to clean it,
the previous owner had many a day out in the mud and deep water,
he wasnt worried about getting it dirty,
the tide mark inside the engine bay was the best,

travelled up country to events and everything,

i saw the previous owner today actually,
he was very impressed with what i had done to the wrangler in the few days that ive had it,
ive put a lot of hours into getting it like that mate,

it does drive really nice,

managed to get some more done to the wrangler,
new rocker cover gasket,

full engine service,
new ht leads,
plugs,
rotor arm,
dissy cap,
filters,
oils,

new battery terminals,
new cd player now fitted,
new gemini immobiliser,



took the wheels and tyres off today,
got the wheels sand blasted,




its looking proper nice now,



just a few minor jobs now and its ready for the road,
