Just had my new battery deliverd, 90ah 1000mca! full power for my winch at last!

 

 

Its a bit more powerfull than my old one!

The one i orderd was a numax cxv-x at £80.87 deliverd but they were out of stock so i got this one wich is a bit more powerful for the same price when it should of been nearly £100 got a 5 year warranty too! Got it from Tayna.co.uk

i got mine today,good battery,good delivery,NOT A GOOD COMPANY
looked at my bank today and they charged me for 3 batteries
they have since refunded me for 1 battery but have refused to refund the second as they deny charging for it
have now started a claim with my card provider
very rude and unhelpfull company when things go wrong best to be advoided Angry

unfortunately thats the joys of buying from the internet
things do sometimes go wrong

hopefully it will be resolved by the company quickly
so that we can take down the bad feedbeack you have left

an update on what happened in the end

in the end the company refused to issue a refund as they said it was nothing to do with them even tho they had taken the money off my card

as i payed with my debit card my bank refunded the full amount within 3 days

a shame as the price and the delivery were very good but the saving i made wasnt worth all the trouble
