over the last 12 months a few head gasket problems have arrised in surfs and pajeros,
the usual over heating and pressure build up in the radiators,
hoses splitiing ect ect,

new heads fitted and new radiators ect,

but months later the gearbox oil is milky and the drive is lost ?

well we have come to the conclusion that when the car first over heated and blew,
the internals of the radiators have split open and the water has been push through into the oil from the auto box,
then the new radiators have been fitted and without realiseing there has been water in the auto boxes,
after a few months the oil turns a milky colour,
then the oil become useless and the drive is lost,

so in short if you have had head problems and experienced the above please check the auto box oil just to be on the safe side,
hope that is of some help for the future,
