well we started our day fun at the lord louis pub for our all you can eat breakfast £3.99

a plate of pure happiness
we were not in a rush today as spoonboy was meeting us
he had to drive 50 miles just to get to plymouth

so he arrived just as we were finishing our plate of pure happiness
perfect timing

so off we went
todays line up the all v6
you could just smell the petrol in the air

what a lovely day

this was where our afternoon would take a turn for the worst
i said over the cb this next lane is good but it will be interesting to see how we go
as with the ground being so damp we could slide into the gully

so in we go

all good for the first 25 feet
then the car slipped down the bank into the gulley

so out came the winch to pull the car up again

but the car went over even more and the engine died
due to the angle of the car the fuel pump could not pick up the fuel so the engine died

not a good place to be with no engine running
we had 4 people hanging off the side of the car for ballast

its a good job they all had 2 portions of breakfast as it showed

spoonboy was behind me a came in a little more

then also slipped into the gulley

but its ok we he reversed back to get out without and dramas
then i look back down the lane and he has only decided to come back in
after we spent an hour getting mine out

but he has now dropped into the gulley again
so now i had to reverse back down the lane to pull him out
you will never guess what happened next

yep im in the gulley again when only moments ago i was free
but now im stuck again
so we deployed the winch again to pull me out
then decided to play it safe a run several ropes back down the lane to his car

with a few slapps with the kinetic rope spoonboy was free from the gulley
but not without its damage

i had scuffed the wheel arch

and broke the end off the roof spoiler

whilst spoonboy had done the wing

the door

the rear arch

the roof

not suitable to be driven back on the public highway like that
so we set to work
spoonboy jacked her up so that we could get the body kit bolts undone

within minutes it looked a lot better

then it was time to go home
first port of call is the jet wash

always wash down your mess
even under the truck

leave the wash bay as you would expect to find it

and that concludes yet another fine days fun
big thanks to all that came out today
especially daniels passengers
as without there combined ballast weight
my car would still be stuck in the lane
till the next adventure
