yes after the truck stopped half way up the slope

we decided to put the winch into action

as the last thing we wanted was the truck to roll back down the hill with the kids inside   Shocked

We all had a cracking day out. not been out for a while due to mrs chunks having an operation on her foot. Very impressed by the new tyres. even though we got stuck a couple of times. but on the upside we got to test the new winch been waiting for the day to test it.

Glad to see some new faces and old ones.  laugh laugh

Thanks to our very own winch crew made the task very controlled and safe.

We will get photos sorted and post up later.

The dreaded sludge

had to fish for the winch hook

grendle checking to see if engine still there.  laugh laugh
