What an excellent days laneing Cheesy Cheesy

As Lee states I had to remove a totalled Steering Damper from the Total Off Road Day. I'm sure Einstein will post suitable pics Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

We visited some fantastic country side, I only wish my pics captured it, my cameras not happy!

One Cake between 3....I'm a bit caked out Embarrassed Embarrassed

The lanes were very dusty today!

Going....Going

We have moved on from zip ties for roadside repairs

Bungees are the new fix all kit

This was my first ever lane!

Came round a corner and though Lee had blown up........should have known better!

I like interesting walls...sorry I just do!

You can just make out the tree under Lees car

Just refining the fix

Some very tight lanes today

Lee seeing me under a overhanging tree...ta mate Grin

This tree was just hanging!

yes we did do some great lanes today

i clearly forgot all about the lane in your last picture

where i went to the corner of the lane to check how far we would be able to get down

it was a good job we opted to reverse out at that point as the ground was getting softer the more we went in   Shocked Shocked

and a good call it was  Wink

as we had trouble getting out of the lane even from the part we did reach

as im sure einsteins photos will show

First, thanks to lee for letting me navigate  laugh laugh

What a brilliant day laneing  Grin Grin

Grendle was having trouble before we even went for breakfast

It turned out that Grendle had destroyed his steering dampener and wanted to remove it

Then we finally went for some breakfast before heading for some lanes

Oops, time to get the chainsaw out rather than scratching the shogun  Cheesy

We decided to do a few lanes that wed never done before, unfortunately we only got halfway before having to reverse back out  Shocked
At which point grendle got stuck in the mud  laugh laugh

so out came the rope

and after a quick pull, grendle was free once again

Some quick thinking, and grendle was ready to try again

Then it was time for lee to reverse

and he managed it with just one go!!

After a quick turnaround we were ready to go

Another lane that had to be aborted due to too many fallen trees  Cry Cry

Down into the hole we go

What's this?

There must be a Land Rover broken down behind the hedge laugh laugh

Lee decided to help grendle safely through the trees

Grendle decided he wanted to fly through the water  laugh

And then he went back so he could do it all again

Then it was time for a quick wash at Tesco's Lee Mill to end the day

Thanks to lee for the lovely cake as well  Grin Grin
