sunday 9th december 2012 out and about

what a great day out yet again
this time was especially quiet as dave the tool man and luke didnt turn up
luke had eaten to much and was feeling under the weather
so we had a peaceful day

 

shaun decided to jump in with me to save the ozone layer
what with me in the v6 and shaun in the v8  



he jumped in and said wow this in very comfortable mate  

yes i know
we have got central heating and music, electric windows ect ect
you are well spoilt in one of these shoguns mate  

the line up down at the restaurant  
that meaning yes you got it mcdonalds  



here we have farmer sporting the latest pimp my ride wheels



looks great mate  

here is something you dont see to often the landrovers tyre has fallen off  



madog said i can hear something under the bonnet
an all to familiar saying with landrover owners  



we opened the bonnet to find this



he has the luxury model with 1 extra horsepower  

lucky for him it was a quick fix as we already had the recovery truck waiting on stand bye  



then we were off into the wilderness of what devon has to offer





whats all this then



i wondered where madog got all of his spare parts from  









here we have day glow sean todays gate opener



we came across this bonsai racer with its fiery dragon down the side











at this point shaun was falling asleep in the comfy shogun
so he decided to get out and have his afternoon stroll







































this is a healthy diet for someone  



he went all shy after eating all the chocolate

a quick stop for lunch

shaun tried to pull the car



and did it  

he had a right smile on his face



farmer needed a little assistance from the winch to get over the tree root



croc also found that he needed a little tug up the lane as the tyres quickly filled with mud



croc even had time to pull the landrover as well

farmer ran over a small vehicle in the lane
on inspection he had got an exhaust pipe jammed into the tyre



with the absense of dave the tool man today
who had a large pack of mini chedders in his car
which he would obviously share with everyone   not

we took the oportunity to show dave a picture of the shareing of the cheddars













when you hear the tale of someone who has fallen out of the ugly tree  
this is the tree they are talking about  





well thats all i have from todays epic adventure

Ah well!!  it is after all a legal byway!    so we went round them  



now time to wash the car

Well another excellent day out in the lanes.  Thanks to Lee for letting me ride passenger, I have to admit that the Shogun is silky smooth, shame it has the wrong badge on the front!
