Sunday 4th August 2013 karmats birthday tour

What a great days fun
we started the day at good old mcdonalds marsh mills  
we were soon on our way with shaun navigating todays lanes

the rain just added even more fun to the day ahead  













shaun was making me laugh saying how he loved to ride in the shogun







dean vitara brought a nice cake with him  
we love cake  



ha ha how cute they both are  



dean went up this real tight lane in the minter jimny  

but came out not so mint  





the lane was so tight he damaged both doors and the front roof and snorkel  





looks like einstein has been in here playing  





those shirts really do light up    













dean had a go at fixing the jimny



karmat got out a tub of small chocolate cakes    
but after daniel got his hand in there they were all gone  





slightly overgrown  









































what a great day out
a few bits of damage to all vehicles i think

well after we finished ramming the hay bail
i seemed to have had a slight clicking sound when the car went over a pot hole   
from climbing up the bank i reckon   

on investigation
i found it to be the bottom bush on the nsf shock absorber   

so i though i might as well fit a pair of new ones   
as i had to fit another steering idler which turned up today anyway
whilst there i changed the slightly worn anti roll bar bush's also

so now there is no play in the steering what so ever
like a brand new one   





now its off to see the nice man to get the tracking done

An excellent day’s fun in the lanes!  Thanks to Lee for letting me play navigator for the day.

Overgrown and hardly used was the order of the day.  Some of those lanes have not seen traffic in quite some time I think.  Well done to Dean for trying the “impossible” lane, thought you might get through at one point!

The weather certainly made for a slippery set of lanes.
