sunday 29th june 2014 another fun day

well yet another days fun was had today

a slightly larger group than normal to start off with

as 2 vehicles were only with us for half a day

but what a laugh

a great bunch today who all chipped in when needed  

we started at mcdonalds for breakfast



even tin basher turned up after fitting his new windscreen untill 11.30 last night    



croc had a slight exhaust blow and even brought the gasket in case it got worse  

















oh no whats going on here then  

for a moment then i thought tin basher was stealing crocs wheel nuts



but then realised his tyre was flat so the team work began

a quick inspection to make sure there were no bugs under the car  



then out came the spare and the chainsaw for some reason



croc said his spare tyre wasnt that good so he might have a go at re treading it  

the bottle jack was at full height with the rav4 and the spare would not fit

so daniel provided us with his shiney trolley jack



a quick F1 style pit change and we were good to go  



the lane was proper slippery after the down pour of rain we had just moments ago

so we deployed deans nice new kinetic rope  

wow we are only on lane 3 of the day and we have used up so many usefull things so far

bottle jack , trolley jack , wheel brace , spare wheel , kinetic rope ,

you can never have to much recovery gear as you just dont know what and when you will need it  



clint eastwood is back





























daniel had croc in tow so floored the v6 shogun so much it did a wheelie  



whilst croc and eathen were holding on for dear life  



tin basher & kyle strolled up the lane in the pajero without a care in the world











oh no we have sustained some damage    



but its ok kar.mat has brought his box of magical bits



with some new self tapping screws we had it fixed in no time





we stopped for a well earned tea break  



















































we were in the middle of no where but simon thought he would use the tom tom just in case    















































































































we finished the day by the rope swing so we stopped to let eathan have a go





big thanks to all that came out today

it was a great laugh

Great day out Lee, thanks for leading yet again. My lad loved it and wished we could have stayed out for the day but unfortunately I had to get him back to Bristol this afternoon. Plenty of team efforts, as we had fun in the first 2 lanes of the day. My waffle boards came in really handy when Mark managed to get stuck going down hill   !

Unfortunately my smart phone gave up the ghost the other day which isn't so smart as I now have no camera  .

On the way home saw this landrover with a bike on the back ,clever thinking of the driver to think of a second mode of transport for when the landrover breaks down

Afternoon All,
      Really great trip, and thanks to all for having me along for the first drive out and welcoming me.  Really challenging great lanes, and sorry I couldn't stay for the whole day.  Huge thanks to Croc and Daniel for getting the car un-beached - I only got stuck on the way down to give everyone something to laugh at......      Think I need more experience behind the wheel and in the lanes.

well bit of a late re[ly but i have been busy.  

Was a fantastic day, some very slippy lanes, some very tricky logs(for some   ) and lots of team effort throughout the day.

so a ramp was made using waffle boards



and simon pulled and pulled  



we went and watched some golfers such a dull game so we didnt stay













this gate was so heavy it took two to open it



daniel made one of his passengers walk (obviously no sweets)
