Another superb day trip, many thanks to all.  As Simon said at the time "Rocky Climb claims another victim" as my nearside sill will need some attention after falling on that rock.  No idea where we went on the day, but great lanes, saving practically the best till last!

Couple of pics to start, as this is my first upload from photo bucket.  Just making sure I do it right, then I'll put up the rest.

The line up - shot from this side so my car wouldn't look so much smaller.....

Ah, success on the uploading front, so here are the rest.

Einstein having a go at shifting the tree, before the saws came out.

And lift....

Rocky climb.

Not sure it wants to lean too much further over....

Simon pulls the Shogun up all by himself.....

Didn't get up there without tow rope assistance....

Getting a bit overgrown.

Found a Geo Cache

So Lee advertised....

yes after i went up rocky climb showing young einstein how easy it was

we did the worst thing ever  Shocked Shocked

stopped with the front up in the air for a quick photo shot

but when i went to continue the climb i was forced to roll back just to get traction

but i ended up further in the whole as the car slid sideways Shocked Shocked

but not to worry  Grin Grin

even with the petrol coming out of the filler neck

as the car was over quite a bit

the recovery crew sorted out the cable from the winch and put a tree strop onto the nearest tree

whilst i sat there listening to my best of abba cd laugh laugh

the superwinch worked perfect and a safe pull got the front back down and out of the ditch

a smooth and controlled way out of the hole   Grin Grin

so not all bad my new shiney winch does work

better yet i used it to get myself out for a change   laugh laugh

A productive day.....

Panel beat the lightly damaged sill gently back into submission, refitted popped cover trims with new screws, and near side doors now both shut properly again!  Tongue
Forget to take photo's for damage section though.

Also worked out how to start a youtube channel, and uploaded first two videos, which are now in the Videos section under Marks iPhone Videos.
