had this little vitara van in on saturday
to fit and modify the car to fit the bumper
as the chassis on the
vitara van is different to the swb vitara
the van
a quick bolt onto the front panel to see how it fits
once this was one we realised that the front panel is slightly out of shape
so we put it onto the jig master 2000
now that the front panel is straight we started to make the brackets
after a lot of cutting and shaping we came up with this
in with the winch
we even trimmed round the grille which took for ages
another fine job if i may say so myself
