the shogun sport rear caliper pins
can rust solid into the caliper over time
i have mastered this now
to get them out instead of replacing the whole caliper ?
take the caliper off the car
tap the pin out of the caliper
you will now need to cut out a section from the second pin
this will allow for the brake pads to come out
place a nut over the seized pin
weld it onto the pin
both sides
let it cool down
place the caliper back into the vice
spray the pin end with WD40 and with a spanner work the pin from side to side slowly
eventually it will be so loose it will fall out
fit caliper back onto the car
new pads and pins
