sunday 8th january 2012 a day in cornwall shire

what a great day out,
well we started the day at mcdonalds for our breakfast,
we then drove over to cornwall shire,





where we met beki & dave with there american friends ??
kate and johana,



were off,





farmer was sporting the fortrack today as he bought it last week from dave the tool man,







oh no whats all this then,



no way not the tow rope,



we came across many fallen trees today but this one was way to big for me to trim  



never
shaun was giveing a lecture on his range rover and all the components in the engine bay yet again,











steady dave dont damage this one,























not again,
well i think i forgot to show you this part  
this is the engine ladies and gentlemen  



oh and this is the distributor,



we headed down to trago for some dinner,
oh my god its catching,
yep you got it only another land rover broken down this time with the AA,





shaun is now demonstrateing how mad one can get when ones automobile wont start  

















we even had a chat to one of the land owners,
whos lane we have travelled many time before,
a very nice man,

big thanks to all that came,
we had a great day out yet again,
great fun and laughs,

Another excellent day, even though at times I didn't think the old girl was going to make it!
A little bit of water and a few knocks to the starter motor with a big stick, jobs a good-un!

its retard recovery to the rescue,

 

great day out guys and gals,

hope you get the starter motor fixed soon mate,
the old beast did well,
she slipped through those tight lanes,
in places on a rope,
which must have been a nightmare without the power steering or brakes working,
but she always roars back into life that one mate,
she truley is a one off,

probrably the best range rover ever made,
 

till the next adventure,

we had another awesome day out and the girls really enjoyed themselves. the back seat was full of loud americans and beki even fell in the mud.
